DRIVE LANES AND PARKING AREAS WILL <br />BE SURROUNDED WITH CURB AND GUTTER. <br />A CONCRETE PAD WILL SURROUND THE TRAINING BUILDING, WITH THE <br />PRIMARY PURPOSE BEING SUPPORT FOR TRAINING EXERCISES AND FIRE <br />APPARATUS PARKING DURING THESE EXERCISES.
