<br />MEETING / SUPPORT SPACE
<br />TRAINING BUILDING - MULTIPLE LEVEL STRUCTURE FOR TRAINING
<br />FIREFIGHTERS AND RESCUE PERSONNEL
<br />EXTERIOR SHADE STRUCTURE - COVERED MEETING / STAGING
<br />LOCATION TO SUPPORT TEAM MEETINGS AND STAGING FOR THE
<br />TRAINING FACILITY
<br />ADDITIONALLY, THERE WILL BE ONSITE FUEL STORAGE FOR USE BY
<br />PERSONNEL TO FUEL THE FIRE TRUCKS
<br />NEW UTILITIES AND SERVICES WILL BE REQUIRED, INCLUDING A NEW
<br />SANITARY `'EWER SYSTEM NEW ELECTRICAL AND NATURAL GAS AS MAY
<br />BE REQ'JiRED BY NEW EQUIPMENT LOADS, NEW MUNICIPAL DOMESTIC
<br />AND IRRIGATION WATER AND A FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM.
<br />ONSITE PARKING WILL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE EAST AND WEST SIDES
<br />OF THE PROPOSED PRIMARY BUILDING. VEHICULAR DRIVE AREAS WILL
<br />B - CONCRETE, WITH ASPHALT PAVING USED I. THE ...TANDARD
<br />VZHICULAR PARKING AREAS. DRIVE LANES AND PARKING AREAS WILL
<br />BE SURROUNDED WITH CURB AND GUTTER.
<br />A CONCRETE PAD WILL SURROUND THE TRAINING BUILDING, WITH THE
<br />PRIMARY PURPOSE BEING SUPPORT FOR TRAINING EXERCISES AND FIRE
<br />APPARATUS PARKING DURING THESE EXERCISES. THIS CONCRETE
<br />APRON WILL NOT BE SURROUNDED BY CURB AND GUTTER - SURFACE
<br />DRAINAGE WILL BE CONDUCTED TOWARDS THE EAST SIDE OF THE LOT
<br />AND COLLECTED IN A BIOSWALE, SUBSEQUENTLY DIRECTED TO A
<br />CATCHMENT BASIN FOR DELIVERY TO THE ONSITE DETENTION BASIN
<br />THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE.
<br />ALL SITE LIGHTING WILL BE FULLY SHIELDED DOWNLIGHTS.
<br />BUILDING -MOUNTED LIGHTING WILL BE DOWNCAST OR, AT THE SOUTH
<br />FACADE OF THE PRIMARY BUILDING, SCREENED ABOVE BY THE
<br />PROJECTING CANOPY.
