In the event that the city approves of a larger parking proposal for this area, the applicant/owner <br />agrees to make reasonable accomodations to conform the 834 Front Street parking lot <br />to that design. <br />6. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the 834 Front Street property indicating that a <br />specific number of parking spaces located on the 834 Front Street property are allocated <br />to 111 Front Street to meet the P.U.D. parking requirements for 111 Front Street, unless <br />the owner elects to pay a fee in lieu of providing parking per applicable city ordinance. <br />1.
