<br />6. Front yard setbacks shall be a minimum of twenty (20) feet with an allowance for encroachment of six (6) feet for an
<br />unenclosed front porch. Front setback, including porch, could be a minimum of fourteep (14) feet. All garages, either attached
<br />or detached, must be set back a minimum of twenty five (25) feet from the front lot line.
<br />7. Lot 7 will be exempted from the above and any redevelopment shall conform to the RL zoning development standards.
<br />8. Front setback of 25 feet required for six footi privacy fences.
