Howard:

Davidson:

Howard:

be carried forward and be made part
of this PUD document in front of the
Council tonight. I'm unclear, would
you direct us, as a condition of
approval, to work on that language
or accept the phasing as proposed?

To work on that language.

Make an acceleration or deceleration
language.

Yes.

Davidson:

Howard accepted.

Do you accept both of those, Kevin.
Seconded by Mayer.

Nuszer:

There is one "typo" on paragraph 3,
page 1, under the Clerk and
Recorder's Certificate, item 4, when
we changed the units, the parking
provided, the parking required
changed. My company changed the
parking provided to represent the
accurate number. That's correct.
The number of garage faces changed
and so did the number of driveway
spaces, so what you see through 77
is correct. But, immediately above
it, it says parking data required,
we inadvertently forgot to change
that. It still says two space times
115. What it says here are 230
spaces are required and we changed
it to say 226.

Davidson asked if the seconder accepted that.

Seconder, Mayer accepted that.

Lathrop:

If you eliminate another unit, will
that number change again?

Nuszer:

Yes. We will eliminate two more
garage spaces. The total of parking
provided will say 375.

Griffiths:

I noted the Planning Commission had
16 conditions. Had all of those
been met? My concern is whether any
of these changes have resulted in

25
