<br />PROJECT INFORMATION
<br />The project includes a building addition and parking and landscaping additions and
<br />improvements. The building addition consists of 52,400 square feet of space to be used for
<br />informational technology development and servicing, administrative and management offices,
<br />dining & cafeteria expansion, and support functions.
<br />Additional site work not only supports the new building addition with parking, but improves
<br />interior vehicular circulation and introduces a higher quality level of interior site landscaping.
<br />Existing landscaping will be integrated into the new landscaping. The intent is to provide an
<br />enhanced site environment in newly landscaped areas and existing.
<br />The work is proceeding under a previously approved PUD criteria which outlined an acceptable
<br />building footprint of 40,000 s.f. with a floor area of 80,000 s.f. for a building addition. Neodata
<br />is submitting for a 52,400 s.f. building, 27,600 s.f. less than the approved allocation criteria. In
<br />this way the impact on the neighborhood will be less than anticipated with the 80,000 s.f.
<br />building; and the needs and the goals of the company can be met as well.

<br />The access movements shown on this P.U.D. are subject to change. If at any time in
<br />the future it is determined by the City of Louisville that change is appropriate to enhance
<br />traffic flow on one or more surrounding streets, or to mitigate an unsafe situation, upon
<br />notification from the City the property owner shall make such physical changes at their
<br />cost, as may be required by the City. Each present and future property owner shall
<br />acknowledge in writing the foregoing authority of the City.
<br />OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS
<br />The owner of the property ( Neodata Subdivision) will be required to resolve complaints from
<br />adjoining neighborhoods/property owners with regard to on-site issues of disturbance including,
<br />but not limited to lighting levels, operational noise, grounds maintenance, and number of
<br />employees on-site after normal working hours. Resolution of complaints shall be through the
<br />office of the City Administrator. If the City Administrator and Property Owner fail to resolve the
<br />complaint(s), the issue(s) shall be forwarded to the City Council for remedial action as may be
<br />necessary.
<br />The Property Owner agrees to make every reasonable effort to limit the hours of non -emergency
<br />operations for the auxiliary generator to day -time hours. Operations of the auxiliary generator
<br />shall comply with all applicable state and local noise ordinances, as may be in effect from time
<br />to time.
<br />The majority of parking lot lighting will be turned off at 10 pm by a timing device. Minimal
<br />parking lot lighting as may be required for employee security will not be governed by this timing
<br />device.
