Sisk: Is that included in your landscaping, bike paths, and sidewalks? Brooks: Sisk: Everything is included. It's a total of 7.05 acres, of which approximately 6.67 is area that's not Public Service Company owned. Are you the one that's allowing the cars to be parked on the corner of South Boulder Road and Kennedy and do you have an option on this property? Brooks: Sisk: We have an option on this property. The cars were parked there long before I had an option on the property. I have nothing to do with those automobiles. I have nothing to do with the owners of the property existing now, except that I have an option on it. In a spirit of cooperation, would you request the owner of the property to do everything that they can to have those cars removed? Brooks: In the spirit of cooperation, I'll be happy to contact him and so notify him, Hornbostel was concerned about the density, and whether he was going to lease it to the school or not, the flow of the traffic, the impact on South Boulder Road, and not enough landscaping. She stated that if another light were put up there, people wouldn't be able to move through the lights, thinking of Neodata and their shifts. She was concerned about the impact of having so much parking through the parking lot. She wasn't at all happy with the project.
