Architectural Guidelines <br />Roof <br />• Moderate to steeply pitched (6: I 2 — 1 2: 1 2) gable roof with shallow overhangs on <br />primary roof structures. <br />• Secondary and tertiary roofs to be low to moderately steep in pitch (3: 2 — G: I 2). <br />• Soffits can be open or closed in configuration. <br />• Sloped roofs may be clad in dimensional architectural shingies or metal roofing. These ratios may vary depending upon final <br />architectural designs. <br />• The maximum building height will not exceed 3 I '-0" from foal grade. <br />• Residences will have front porches with a minimum depth of G'-07. <br />• Garages will be side loading and positioned for minimum eosure to street fronts <br />with a diminutive proportion to the house itself. <br />Notes: <br />This drawing is conceptual only and is intended to show general intent with respect to <br />form, character, materials and elements being considered for the final design.
