Davidson stated that we have had several significant snow storms
and the street crews had done a fantastic job of keeping the
streets of Louisville open. He has had many people who don't even
live in Louisville, along with citizens of Louisville, mention to
him how well the streets are kept open. He read and presented each
mex~er of the street crew, who had some responsibility in this
excellent service, with a Certificate of Appreciation. Those
receiving Certificates were:

Richard Domenico
Chuck Maypole
Bill Wolff
George Kupfner
Leonard Chapa
Dave Szymanski

RE~OLUTION NO. 72, SERIES 1992 - BANK OF LOUISVITW~ - FINAL AMENDED
PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Sisk asked to be excused from consideration of this matter, because
his law firm represents the Bank of Louisville and has ownership in
the Bank of Louisville.

Davidson asked that the record show that Councilman Sisk had
excused himself from this item.

Paul Wood, Director of Planning, stated that this is to allow
construction of a bank and office building with a drive-through
accessory use to that building. The property is located at the
southeast corner of the intersection of West Cherry and Dahlia
Street. He explained that the amended plan substitutes a single,
two-story, hip roof building for three free standing buildings on
the currently adopted PUD that was approved in 1988. The building
height will not exceed 35 ft., with the footprint of the building
being approximately 12.5% of lot coverage. He stated that the
Planning Commission met at a Public Hearing on November 10, 1992,
an(! voted 3-2 to adopt Resolution No. 32, Series 1992, with five
conditions of approval (SEE ATTACHED). Wood stated that the
revised PUD addresses all of the required revisions of the Planning
Conmission approval. The total number of parking spaces was
reduced from 64 to 59 spaces in order to widen a portion of
landscape strip along Cherry Street. He stated that the additional
landscaping along Cherry Street will act to buffer the drive-
through facility from the Cherrywood subdivision to the north. The
basement is intended to be used as storage only for the bank. He
clarified, with regard to the sign, that when the applicant came
before the Planning Commission, the sign dimensions were shown on
the Plat to be 6 ft. tall and 12 ft. long. He stated that the
actual dimension would be 12 ft. tall and 6 ft. wide.

4
