Sheffield:

We will work with the communication,
as we have done, with the neighbors
and with the Division of Wildlife on
the foxes and on the relocations of
the dens.

Davidson called for Council comments and/or questions.

Lathrop:

In the material provided, there are
several comments that the developer
has agreed to install the pedestrian
trail through track "C". We could
have something very, very inferior
to this at some point. I fully
intend to support this.

Ho%~ard:

The Council felt strongly about
retaining some portion of the
amenity that currently exists on
that site, that Council went out on
a limb to deny it. Council
understands the school problem, and

9
