RESOLUTION NO. 27 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR A <br />13,850 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL BUILDING AND A FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />PLAT TO VACATE THE EXISTING LOT LINES AND CREATE TWO LOTS; LOTS 8, <br />9, AND 10, BLOCK 4, TOWN OF LOUISVILLE SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application requesting approval of a Final Planned Unit Development for a 13,850 <br />square foot commercial building and a final subdivision plat to vacate the existing lot <br />lines and create two lots; Lots 8, 9, 10, Block 4, Town of Louisville Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on May 11, 2017, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated May 11, 2017, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the PUD Amendment to City Council, with one <br />condition; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that said final Planned Unit <br />Development and Final Plat should be approved. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final Planned Unit Development for a <br />13,850 square foot commercial building and a final subdivision plat to vacate the <br />existing lot lines and create two lots; Lots 8, 9, 10, Block 4, Town of Louisville <br />Subdivision. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6t" day of June, 2017. <br />By: , 6-- <br />Robert <br />P.
