Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 17, 2017 <br />Page 13 of 14 <br />John Leary says when you are talking about water and sewer, you are talking about enterprise <br />funds. You really can't waive enterprise fund fees unless you take the money from somewhere <br />else and reimburse the money. You get into legal issues and audit issues. <br />Chuck Thomas says my argument is that we are looking not to necessarily waive a fee but <br />charge an appropriate amount. <br />Haley says having a subcommittee would be the next step to further explore and compose a <br />recommendation. We are continuin• , _ work with Scott Simkus to <br />look at alternatives. <br />Demolition/Alteration Certificate Updates <br />920 Main Street <br />On April 5, 2017, Planning Staff reviewed a request to replace the roof at 920 Main Street. Staff <br />released the permit through the administrative re i -w process outlined in 15.36.200(0) because <br />the existing roof was put in place after 1955. <br />924 Main Street <br />On April 5, 2017, Planning Staff reviewed a request to replace the roof at 924 Main Street. Staff <br />released the permit through the administrative review process outlined in 15.36.200(D) because <br />the existing roof was put in place after 1955. <br />912 Garfield Avenue <br />On March 22, 2017, Planning Staff reviewed a request to replace the bay window at 912 <br />Garfield Avenue. Staff released the permit through the administrative review process outlined in <br />15.36.200(D) because the existing window was installed after 1955. <br />Farmer's Market <br />The Farmer's Marke h is a successful public outreach tool and a great way for <br />Commissioners to en o with the aublic. Below is a draft Farmer's Market schedule for 2017: <br />The Farmer's Market Booth will not be scheduled after July 5th, the date for the HPF Ballot <br />Language to be set by City Council.
