Lipton called for any changes to the consent agenda. Machado moved the consent agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. All in favor. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business A. Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing — Tilt 111 LLC d/b/a Tilt — Lodging and Entertainment Liquor License — 640 Main Street Machado moved the boundaries of the neighborhood be set as the city limits of the City of Louisville. Tennessen seconded. All in favor. Machado moved the hearing be set for Monday, May 22, 2017 at 7:00 PM. Lipton seconded. All in favor. B. Conversation with Chief Hayes Chief Hayes shared some statistics showing significant increase over the past year of DUI arrests, Alcohol Recovery Center holds and mental health holds. He noted police chiefs from the Boulder County area along with local hospital administrators are going to meet to brainstorm strategies for meeting these needs. He described the policies developed to help officers and supervisors make decisions concerning these matters. Authority members thanked Chief Hayes for taking the time to talk to them and for the good work the department does.
