Consent <br />agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing — Tilt 111 LLC <br />d/b/a Tilt — Lodging and Entertainment Liquor License — 640 Main <br />Street <br />Machado moved the boundaries of the neighborhood be set as the city limits of <br />the City of Louisville. Tennessen seconded. All in favor. Machado moved the <br />hearing be set for Monday, May 22, 2017 at 7:00 PM. Lipton seconded. All in <br />favor. <br />B. Conversation with Chief Hayes <br />Chief Hayes shared some statistics showing significant increase over the <br />past year of DUI arrests, Alcohol Recovery Center holds and mental health <br />holds. He noted police chiefs from the Boulder County area along with local <br />hospital administrators are going to meet to brainstorm strategies for meeting <br />these needs. He described the policies developed to help officers and <br />supervisors make decisions concerning these matters. <br />Authority members thanked Chief Hayes for taking the time to talk to them <br />and for the good work the department does. <br />
