RESOLUTION NO. 29 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 3RD AMENDMENT TO THE NORTH END, BLOCK <br />10 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO MODIFY THE ELEVATIONS OF THE <br />MULTI -FAMILY BUILDINGS, MODIFY THE PARKING LOT LAYOUT, ADD <br />ADDITIONAL CARPORTS AND GARAGES, AND PROVIDE ELEVATIONS FOR THE <br />CARPORTS AND GARAGES; NORTH END, BLOCK 10, SECOND REPLAT, <br />PARCEL B <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application requesting approval of a 3RD Amendment to the North End, Block 10 <br />Planned Unit Development to modify the elevations of the multi -family buildings, modify <br />the parking lot layout, add additional carports and garages, and provide elevations for <br />the carports and garages, North End, Block 10, 2nd Replat, Parcel B; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing onMay 11, 2017, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br />Planning Commission Staff Report dated May 11, 2017, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the PUD Amendment to City Council, with one condition <br />which has been met. <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that said PUD Amendment <br />should be approved with no conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a 3rd Amendment to the North End, Block 10 <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) to modify the elevations of the multi -family buildings, <br />modify the parking lot layout, add additional carports and garages, and provide <br />elevations for the carports and garages; North End, Block 10, 2"d Replat, Parcel B <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13t" day of June, 2017. <br />By. <br />a' <br />? 14)/(4) <br />Robert P.
