RESOLUTION NO. 30 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT TO VACATE AN <br />EXISTING LOT LINE AND CREATE ONE LOT, LOT 1, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT <br />C.T.C. REPLAT F AMENDED AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO CONSTRUCT A 6,267 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION AND A <br />1,410 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO CONNECT TWO EXISTING BUILDINGS <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application requesting approval of a final subdivision plat to vacate an existing lot line <br />and create one lot, Lots 1, The Business Center at C.T.0 Replat F Amended and <br />approval of an amendment to the final PUD, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on May 11, 2017, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated May 11, 2017, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval the Final Plat and recommended approval of the <br />PUD Amendment to City Council, with one condition; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that said Final Plat and said <br />amendment to the final Planned Unit Development should be approved <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final subdivision plat to vacate an existing <br />lot line and create one lot, Lot 1, The Business Center at C.T.C.
