City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 6, 2017 <br />Page 3 of 20 <br />interim city manager services contract as authorized by the laws noted by the City <br />Attorney and the executive session include the City Council and the City Attorney; <br />seconded by Councilmember Keany; all in favor. <br />The City Council adjourned to executive session at 6:06 p.m. <br />The Special City Council meeting reconvened at 7:05 p.m. <br />REPORT — DISCUSSION/DIRECTION/ACTION — PENDING LITIGATION, <br />PROPERTY ACQUISITION/DISPOSITION AND PERSONNEL MATTERS <br />City Attorney Light reported that while in executive session for discussion of pending <br />litigation, potential property acquisition or disposition, and for a personnel matter, no <br />action was requested this evening for any of the items.
