EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />In the fall of 1999, 423 Louisville households took the time to respond to a seven page <br />community opinion survey. Completed forms were entered into the Statistical Package for Social <br />Sciences (SPSS) program at the Colorado State University Cooperative Extension / Colorado <br />Department of Local Affairs technical assistance office in Loveland, Colorado. <br />Highlights of this survey include: <br />* Uniformly good or very good responses on rankings of the City of Louisville <br />performance, <br />* Improvement on the responses for every question that was found on both the 1994 <br />and 1999 community opinion surveys, <br />* Priorities as identified by respondents in this survey included: <br />1. Open Space <br />2. Library <br />3. Public Transportation <br />Page -1- <br />
