ILI pity o/- <br />Im Louisvllle <br />COLORADO - SINCE 1878 <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEMO <br />AGENDA ITEM V -B <br />SUBJECT: RENEWAL APPLICATION/TAVERN CONVERSION —SHI-II <br />LOUISVILLE RESIDENCES LLC D/B/A THE RESIDENCES AT <br />BALFOUR —TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE — 1336 HECLA DRIVE <br />DATE: JUNE 26, 2017 <br />PRESENTED BY: CAROL HANSON, AUTHORITY SECRETARY <br />SUMMARY: <br />The licensee, SHI-II Louisville Residences LLC d/b/a The Residences at Balfour— <br />has submitted an application for renewal of its Tavern Liquor License located at <br />1336 Hecla Drive. <br />The licensee has also submitted a tavern conversion application. They will be <br />converting to a Lodging and Entertainment License. <br />The premises are owned by the licensee. <br />There were no employees who attended liquor training in the past year. <br />There have been no incidents over the past year that required the filing of a police <br />report. <br />City of Louisville sales tax account is current. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authority approve the renewal application for a Tavern Liquor License to be <br />converted to a Lodging and Entertainment Liquor License for The Residences at <br />Balfour. <br />Alternatively, the Authority may set a hearing on this renewal application, which may <br />be held after proper notice. <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br />
