Identification will be checked when <br />patrons are being served. <br />Lipton asked for any comments in favor of the application and hearing none, <br />asked for any member of the audience who wished to speak in opposition to the <br />application. Hearing none, she asked for the applicant's closing remarks. <br />Mr. Oberholzer noted he looks forward to bringing Tilt back to town and to the <br />Authority's decision on the license. <br />Lipton thanked the applicant, closed the public hearing and asked for Authority <br />comment and hearing none called for a motion. <br />Machado moved the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find <br />the applicant is of good moral character, the inhabitants of the neighborhood <br />desire the license be granted, the license will meet the reasonable <br />requirements of the neighborhood, all City and State law requirements have <br />been met and, based on these findings, the Local Licensing Authority <br />approve issuance of a lodging and entertainment liquor license for Tilt LLC <br />d/b/a Tilt. Tennessen seconded. All in favor. License approved. <br />B. Transfer Application — T -Bird Southwest Restaurant Group LLC d/b/a <br />Outback Steakhouse — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 988 W. <br />Dillon Rd. <br />Machado moved the transfer to T -Bird Southwest Restaurant Group LLC d/b/a <br />Outback Steakhouse be approved. Tennessen seconded. All in favor. <br />C. Show Cause Hearing — Cinebarre LLC d/b/a Cinebarre — Hotel and <br />Restaurant Liquor License — 1164 W. Dillon Rd. - 3/10/17 Incident <br />CONTINUED TO JUNE 26, 2017 MEETING <br />Lipton noted this item has been continued to the next meeting. <br />E. Show Cause Hearing — Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's Bar & <br />Grill — Tavern Liquor License — 935 Pine St.- 3/29/17 <br />Adam GoIlin, Special Prosecutor introduced himself to the Licensing Authority <br />noted the licensee was not in attendance and reportedly during a phone call from <br />a witness who was present, said he would not be attending. <br />Authority members decided to proceed with the hearings. <br />Mr. GoIlin requested the Authority consider the 3/29/17 incident first. <br />
