Lynda Haley Mike Koertje Cyndi Thoma Chuck Thomas Caleb Dickinson Debbie Fahey Michael Ulm Lauren Trice, Planner II Susie Bye, Planning Clerk Approval of Meeting Minute Chuck Thomas made a motion to approve the May 15, 2017 minutes, seconded by Cyndi Thomas. The minutes were approved as written by voice vote. Trice introduces Lisa Ritchie who may be taking over HPC while I am out on maternity leave later this year. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: None Pre -filing Conference — 600 Spruce Street No Staff presentation. Applicant Presentation: Andrew Johnson, DAJ Design, 922-A Main Street, Louisville, CO This is 600 Spruce Street which is a recognizable house. It is diagonal from Memory Square Park at Spruce and Jefferson. It has a couple of interesting features. One is that it has been virtually unchanged since the 1940 photo. Walking around the house, almost every feature is original. The house in the 1940 photo is almost 50 years old. I think there were some things added to the building, but it is difficult to tell. The records do not go back as far as some Louisville houses in terms of diagrams for assessor records.
