Center for the Arts dumpster in the alley <br />Staff supports all waivers and finds the proposal meets all Special Review Use <br />requirements. <br />Existing and proposed pool deck and site wall extend into alley right-of-way <br />a Dumpsters relocated to northeast comer with storage <br />
