Grantor shall provide a copy of the Easement to the proposed <br />buyer or transferee of the Property at least thirty (30) days prior to closing. Grantor agrees <br />that reference to this Easement shall be made in any subsequent deed, or other legal <br />instrument, by means of which Grantor conveys any interest in the Property, including a <br />leasehold interest. <br />30 Notice to Grantee of Transfer of Property. Grantor shall provide written <br />notice to Grantee of the transfer of the Property and the name, address, and telephone <br />number of the buyer or transferee within ten (10) days after closing.
