City Council Finance Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />07/21/17 <br />Page 7 of 7 <br />The Finance Committee requested additional information from Planning and <br />Building Safety Director Rob Zuccaro as to why actual revenue is so different from <br />what was projected, and what projects didn't come in, or are being delayed, and <br />account for this disparity. <br />The reports and corresponding narrative can be located in the packet of the July <br />21, 2017 Finance Committee Meeting. <br />CASH & INVESTMENTS AT JUNE 30, 2017 <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director presented the Finance Committee the June 30, <br />2017 Cash & Investment reports. <br />The reports and corresponding narrative can be located in the packet of the July <br />21, 2017 Finance Committee Meeting. <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR THE NEXT REGULAR MEETING <br />The next regular Finance Committee Meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 18, <br />2017 at 9:00 a.m. <br />Items scheduled for discussion at the next meeting include: <br />• Financial Statements for the Month Ended July 31, 2017 <br />• Sales Tax Reports for the Month and Quarter Ended June 30, 2017 <br />• Revenue Projection Dashboard <br />• Cash & Investment Report as of July 31, 2017 <br />• List of Bills <br />Finance Committee Chairperson Stolzmann asked if the estimated property tax <br />information would be available for the August meeting. Director Watson stated <br />that the information is not generally received from Boulder County until the end of <br />August, but that the information would be brought forward to the Finance <br />Committee as soon as it becomes available. <br />ADJOURN <br />The meeting was adjourned at 12:14 p.m. <br />8 <br />
