She stated she understood a stipulation had been reached. Attorney for the Authority, Adam Gollin introduced himself. Ronald Jung, Attorney for Mudrock's introduced himself to the Authority and noted two of the principles of the business, Mr. Schmanski and Mr. Reed, were present.
