RESOLUTION NO. 33 <br />SERIES 2008 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL :PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN (PUD) FOR <br />A 3,708 SQUARE FOOT KEY BANK AT THE SHOPS AT CENTENNIAL VALLEY (409 SOUTH <br />MCCASLIN BOULEVARD), LOT 1, BLOCK 1, <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY BUSINESS PARK. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of a <br />final planned unit development plan (PUD) to construct a 3,708 square foot building for Key Bank at The <br />Shops at Centennial Valley (409 South McCaslin Boulevard), Lot 1, Block 1, Centennial Valley Business <br />Park; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to tY~e final PUD development plan have been reviewed by City <br />Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, related policies <br />and previous approvals; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD development plan on <br />July 10, 2008, where evidence and testimony vrere entered into the public record, including the staff report <br />dated July 10, 2008, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with the <br />following four conditions; <br />1. Refinement of the lighting plan be combining Sheets SDP-9 and SDP-10, and including detail <br />drawings of the light fixtures proposed. <br />2. Revision of the parking table for clarity of how bank parking is incorporated into the overall site. <br />3. Revising the shading on the Overall Siite Plan (SDP-2) to indicate only the building and associated <br />parking for the Key Bank. <br />4. Submittal of colored elevations of the proposed building prior to City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and finds that the revised documents are in full compliance with the conditions of the <br />Planning Commission and that the application should be approved, without conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does <br />hereby approve a final PUD development plan fora 3,708 square foot building for Key Bank at The Shops at <br />Centennial Valley (409 South McCaslin Boulevard), Lot 1, Block 1, Centennial Valley Business Park. <br />AND~OPTED this 5"' day of August 2008 <br />~.
