All agreements among the Parties shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Colorado. Venue for any action shall t>e proper in the Twentieth Judicial District of the State of Colorado and in the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado, depending upon the cause of action urged. J. Integration Clause. This Agreement and the attached exhibits contain the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the District Network and maybe modified only by an instrument in writing executed by all of the Parties. K. Effective Date. The terms of this Agreement will become effective upon the signature of the approving officials of all of the Parties. L. Notices. Reservation of Police Powers. The District's rights hereunder are subject to the police powers of the City to adopt and enforce ordinances necessary to the safety, health and welfare of the public, and the District agrees to comply with all applicable laws and ordinances enacted, or hereafter enacted by the City. The City reserves the right to exercise its police powers, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a waiver of said police power. O.
