The City should maintain fiscal balance through effective land <br />use and pricing, and strategic public investments, all consistent with the <br />community's desire for high-quality services and amenities; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the proposed rezoning and has <br />provided notice of the public hearing as provided by law; and <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. §31-23-305; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mixed Use Residential (MU-R) zoning classification for the Property is <br />consistent with the City of Louisville comprehensive plan, Louisville zoning regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1.
