ORDINANCE NO. 1537 SERIES 2008 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF TITLE 10 AND TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO REVISE THE CITY'S REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE PARHING, STORAGE AND USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, TRAILERS, DUMPSTERS, ROLL-OFFS AND PORTABLE STORAGE UNITS. WHEREAS, the Louisville Municipal Code contains various provisions regarding the parking and storage of motor vehicles, recreational vehicles and trailers within the City of Louisville; and WHEREAS, the City desires to amend certain sections of title 10 and title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code to update, revise and clarify the City's regulations regarding the parking, storage and use of motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and trailers on residential properties and public rights-of--way within the City, and to adopt regulations concerning dumpsters, roll-offs and portable storage units; and WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission, after notice by publication and a public hearing, has recommended the City Council approve the amendments to title 17 set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, City Council has provided notice of a public hearing on said ordinance by publication as provided by law and held a public hearing as provided in said notice. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Motor vehicle Pparking limitations , A.
