ORDINANCE NO. 1537 <br />SERIES 2008 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF TITLE 10 AND <br />TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO REVISE THE <br />CITY'S REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE PARHING, STORAGE <br />AND USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, <br />TRAILERS, DUMPSTERS, ROLL-OFFS AND PORTABLE STORAGE <br />UNITS. <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Municipal Code contains various provisions regarding the <br />parking and storage of motor vehicles, recreational vehicles and trailers within the City of <br />Louisville; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to amend certain sections of title 10 and title 17 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code to update, revise and clarify the City's regulations regarding the <br />parking, storage and use of motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and trailers on residential <br />properties and public rights-of--way within the City, and to adopt regulations concerning <br />dumpsters, roll-offs and portable storage units; and <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission, after notice by publication and a public <br />hearing, has recommended the City Council approve the amendments to title 17 set forth in this <br />ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has provided notice of a public hearing on said ordinance by <br />publication as provided by law and held a public hearing as provided in said notice. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. Section 17.20.160 oiF the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows (words added are underlined words deleted are st~l.e~.zh=o~: <br />Sec. 17.20.160. Motor vehicle Pparking limitations , <br />A.
