Sec. 5.08.040. Fees -License fees designated for each class of license. <br />The following license fees ;shall be paid to the city annually, in advance, <br />based on premises located within the city: <br />K. For each art gallery hermit .................................... 25.00 <br />Section 3. Section 5.08.070 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are ~'~-~°'~°^ *'~r°••~-''): <br />Sec. 5.08.070. Special event permits; fees. <br />The fees for special event permits are as follows: <br />A. Each application for a special events permit shall be accompanied <br />by an application fee in the amount of $25.00; and <br />B. A special events permit fee as follows: <br />1. For a malt beverage special event permit, $10.00 per day; <br />2. For a malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor special event permit, <br />$25.00 per day. <br />All fees for special permits shall be payable in advance to the city. <br />Section 3. The Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of a <br />new Section 5.08.076, to read as follows: <br />Sec. 5.08.076. Art gallery permits., <br />A. The local licensing ,authority is authorized to issue an art gallery <br />permit to a person operating an art l;allery that offers complimentary malt, vinous, <br />or spirituous liquors for consumption only on the premises in accordance with the <br />requirements and limitations set forth in Section 12-47-422, C.R.S. An art gallery <br />that wishes to offer complimentary alcohol beverages shall submit an application <br />for an art gallery permit to the local licensing authority annually. The local <br />licensing authority may reject the permit application if the applicant fails to <br />establish that it is able to offer complimentary alcohol beverages without violating <br />the provisions of Section 12-47-422, C.R.S. or creating a public safety risk to the <br />neighborhood. <br />B. An art gallery permit: may be suspended or revoked if the permittee <br />violates any of the provisions of Section 12-47-422, C.R.S. or any rule adopted <br />2 <br />
