Director Hioco to <br /> check into the time frame on completion of <br /> the landscaping plan. <br />Councilman Woodson Commented there seems to be a lot of problems <br />eeding on feeder streets, i.e. Hoover <br />ith s <br />Speeding on Feeder Sts. p <br />w <br />the main street coming out of Dutch Creek, <br />and <br /> . <br />ands Windmill Pointe. Felt it was aggravated <br /> by the construction people. Would like a <br /> recommendation on how this could be resolved <br /> by enforcement, street redesign, communica- <br /> tion with construction people, etc. Another <br /> thing is the mess they create. He saw the <br />t the construction <br />b <br /> u <br />City sweeper on the street <br />people should clean their own litter. Wanted <br /> to know how the Littering Ordinance was being <br /> en:Eorced. Mr. Wurl to check into it. <br /> Councilman Woodson stated he very much regretted <br />Resignation having to do this and was a difficult decision <br /> for him and his wife to make. He then read <br /> his letter of resignation which is attached <br /> as Exhibit A. The resignation to be effective <br /> this evening and he was moving to Texas. <br />
