Councilman Leary dissenting. Motion carried 6-1. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREE- Acting City Administrator Rupp stated that MENT/AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO SIGN Council had acted on this agreement at the la:~t meeting and Lafayette and Louisville haci signed the agreement. The Boulder County Attorney in the interim has made some word moc~ifications and Attorney Rautenstraus under- lined these in the agreement provided to councilmembers. Councilwoman Johnson Con:unented that she noticed a For Sale sign on the property just east of Highway 42 and inquired if this was property included in the agreement. Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the pro- perty was included in Exhibit A of the agree- . meat; but it did not stop a private property owner from selling the property if he wishes to do so. It is in Boulder County and zoned light-industrial. Ati~orney Rautenstraus advised that the changes to the agreement were on pages 3 and 4 and were underlined. AUTHORIZATION FOR MAYOR Councilman Luce moved, Councilman Cussen TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT seconded that the Mayor be authorized to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement between La:~ayette, Louisville, and Boulder County. A1:1 in favor. Motion carried unanimously. RECESS Mayor Meier called a recess at 8:42 P.M. Meeting reconvened at 8:54 P.M. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT ORDINANCE N0. 847 - CENTEN- Co~uncilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; NIAL VALLEY SUBDIVISION Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only FILING #2 - PUBLIC HEARING on second reading and public hearing and certified proper publication. Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper publi- cation of the public hearing notices.
