None. <br />Council questions and comments. None. <br />Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. <br />APPROVAL GRANTED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman John- <br />son seconded that the Double Happy Restau- <br />rant be granted a beer/wine liquor license. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PRESENTATION - NEW VECTOR Councilmembers had copies of 3 letters in <br />COMMUNICATIONS, INC. relation to this item as well as a location <br />map. Councilmembers also had a letter from <br />the Office of the County Attorney that out- <br />ined their proposal and what is going on in <br />terms of their request before the Boulder <br />County Planning Commission and the Boulder <br />County Commissioners. The proposed site <br />was very near the Louisville Reservoir. <br />Director of Community Services Hioco depicted <br />on the wall map - City of Louisville Parks, <br />Trail and Open Space - where NewVector is <br />proposing to put up a tower. Representa- <br />tives of New Vector Communications, Inc. <br />were not present at this time. <br />Acting City Administrator Rupp advised the <br />proposed site of the tower could pose a <br />problem because of its proximity to the <br />Louisville Reservoir if Council should de- <br />cide to expand this facility. The heighth <br />of the proposed tower is 167' as compared <br />to the old tower of 110'. <br />Delete this item from Agenda Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman John - <br />son seconded that this item be deleted from <br />the agenda until the representatives are <br />present to answer questions. <br />Councilwoman Morris stated that she would <br />abstain from voting as her husband worked <br />for A.T. & T. <br />Motion withdrawn Councilman Cussen withdrew his motion and <br />Councilwoman Johnson withdrew her second on <br />the recommendation of Acting City Administra- <br />tor Rupp who stated that he was certain the <br />represntatives would be present later in the <br />evening. <br />Mayor Meier, with the approval of Council, <br />deferred this item to be taken up under <br />the City Administrator's Report 11. D. 1. <br />
