Call to order: Commission Vice Chair Paula Elrod called the meeting to order at 6:08 P.M. <br />II. Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: Paula Elrod, Gordon Madonna, Betty Scarpella, Dave <br />Hooley, Keith Keller, Joe Teasdale, Nancy Allen, and Jon Ferris <br />Commission Members Absent: Dan Mellish <br />City Representative Present: <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br />III. Approval of agenda: Members approved the agenda. <br />IV. Public comments: None. <br />V. Approval of May 3, 2017 regular meeting minutes: Minutes were approved. <br />VI. Report from the Museum Coordinator: <br />A. Approval of Deeds of Gifts from donors: The Commission voted to accept the <br />following donations: <br />i. Bob & Laurel Tofte — antique wooden baby walker used in Louisville. <br />ii. Jeremiah Whitney — photos that the donor took in the 1970s showing houses <br />being constructed in the Mesa Point subdivision. He was the architect of the <br />houses. <br />iii. Jack Bowes — 1942 documents from the Colorado USDA War Board regarding <br />priorities for farm equipment and repairs during World War II; Louisville High <br />School football programs, 1960-64; 1959 programs for Denver radio station <br />KIMN. <br />iv. Vince Mangus — wooden tool box of the donor's grandfather, Anton Mangus.
