Call to Order at 6:31 pm. <br />a. Jay's Minute — Nothing to update, but there was a short discussion on the water <br />treatment cost/fee schedule adjustment <br />f. Dave's Minute — Installing new security system library. Not much on Rec Center, <br />there seems to be a loss of some sustainability initiatives as the project goes over <br />budget. <br />g. Erika's Minute — <br />• Community newsletter coming out in September, focused on sustainability. <br />• She's been communicating with Energy Smart they are providing with <br />baseline numbers for Louisville 2015-2016. They increased their users <br />25% and looks about 12 increase for this year (small numbers). <br />• PiE update — School Box kits are going out. Mostly 5th graders. Working <br />with building owners association of the CTC. <br />• Sustainability Lecture Serires <br />i. 18SEP Energy and Costs <br />ii. 25OCT — Transportation <br />iii. 29NOV — Water <br />• Met with Lafayette Sustainability Coordinator, they will be doing a solar <br />workshop which Louisville can partner with. <br />• Green Business Recognition flyers and postings going out. <br />• Planning a workshop for City employees on waste. <br />• Will see SAP Matrix September. <br />11. KPI Priorities. <br />a. There is a budget with sustainability items, it's in the City Manager's officer <br />b. We have the ability to ask for these funds, will address this in next meeting. <br />111.
