RESOLUTION NO. 53 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO <br />ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 109,594 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING AND <br />ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR A FED EX BOULDER COUNTY VAN <br />FACILITY FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 3, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a request for a Final Planned Unit Development to allow the <br />construction of a 109,594 square foot building and associated site improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that, subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning <br />regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and <br />Ordinance 1725, Senes 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on August 10, 2017, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the amended findings in <br />the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated August 10, 2017, the Planning <br />Commission recommended conditional approval the Final PUD to City Council <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public heanng on September 19, 2017 that was <br />continued to October 3, 2017, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the City Council Communication dated October 3, 2017, <br />the City Council found that all applicable zoning and development standards are met. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve of a request for a Final Planned Unit Development to <br />allow the construction of a 109,594 square foot building and associated site <br />improvements for a Fed Ex Boulder County van facility for Lot 1, Block 3, The Business <br />Center at CTC. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3`d day of October, 2017. <br />A est <br />Mere uth,' <br />obert P.
