RESOLUTION NO. 53 SERIES 2017 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 109,594 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR A FED EX BOULDER COUNTY VAN FACILITY FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 3, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an application for approval of a request for a Final Planned Unit Development to allow the construction of a 109,594 square foot building and associated site improvements, and WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and Ordinance 1725, Senes 2016; and WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on August 10, 2017, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the amended findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated August 10, 2017, the Planning Commission recommended conditional approval the Final PUD to City Council WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public heanng on September 19, 2017 that was continued to October 3, 2017, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the City Council Communication dated October 3, 2017, the City Council found that all applicable zoning and development standards are met. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve of a request for a Final Planned Unit Development to allow the construction of a 109,594 square foot building and associated site improvements for a Fed Ex Boulder County van facility for Lot 1, Block 3, The Business Center at CTC.
