RULES OF PROCEDURE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br />RULE 1 <br />APPLICABILITY OF RULES. In addition to any other rules, laws, ordinances or regulations <br />which may be applicable, these rules shall govern all proceedings before the Local Licensing <br />Authority of the City of Louisville. <br />RULE 2 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. The effective date of these rules shall be July 29, 1996 <br />RULE 3 <br />APPLICATIONS AND_REQUESTS TO THE AUTHORITY. <br />Regarding All Liquor and 3.2% Beer Applications in the City of Louisville <br />1 Read all materials contained in this packet before requesting further information or forms. <br />2. Refer to the Required Document Checklist and prepare all required forms/documents <br />3. Application must be submitted in accordance with the following criteria. <br />a. All forms and other documents must be submitted in duplicate, 1 e . in two parts <br />Part One should contain all originals of forms and other documents; Part Two <br />should contain photocopies (with SINGLE SIDED COPIES) of each item in Part <br />One. <br />1 <br />
