Agenda approved by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br />Ulm made a motion to approve the July 17, 2017 minutes, seconded by Fahey. Minutes <br />approved as written by voice vote. <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />NEW BUSINESS — PROBABLE CAUSE DETERMINATION <br />620 Grant Avenue: A request to find probable cause for a landmark designation to allow <br />funding for a historic structure assessment at 620 Grant Avenue. <br />Trice stated that the 620 Grant Avenue house was owned by the Slovakian Harney family for 65 <br />years. They raised eight children and lived across the street from the Mudrocks, another <br />Slovakian family. John Harvey was a coal miner.
