City Administrator Hartford, Wisconsin May, 1987 - November, 1993 <br />Population, 10,000 Annual Budget: $14 million <br />Hartford is a fast-growing suburban community benefiting from a 500 acre office/industrial park that was assembled and <br />significantly developed during my tenure. QuadGraphics constructed a 1.2 million square foot facility on 250 acres of <br />the office park and initiated operations with 2,000 employees. This development created numerous community needs <br />from housing development to supporting additional business growth. Hartford enjoyed a very historic and active <br />downtown business community and I was engaged significantly with it ongoing success and vibrancy with a focus on <br />preserving its historic significance.
