City Administrator Hartford, Wisconsin May, 1987 - November, 1993 Population, 10,000 Annual Budget: $14 million Hartford is a fast-growing suburban community benefiting from a 500 acre office/industrial park that was assembled and significantly developed during my tenure. QuadGraphics constructed a 1.2 million square foot facility on 250 acres of the office park and initiated operations with 2,000 employees. This development created numerous community needs from housing development to supporting additional business growth. Hartford enjoyed a very historic and active downtown business community and I was engaged significantly with it ongoing success and vibrancy with a focus on preserving its historic significance. This position required and demanded proactive leadership and strategic planning in all facets of the municipal operation.
