City Attorney Light reported that executive sessions are authorized <br />under the state statutes and the City Charter. <br /> <br />MOTION: Davidson moved that Council go into executive session to discuss pending <br />litigation with the City Attorney, seconded by Levihn. All in favor. Sisk and Brown <br />absent. <br /> <br />The Council went into executive session at 7:09 p.m. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED <br /> <br />Davidson reconvened the meeting at 8:07 p.m. <br /> <br />REPORT BY CITY ATTORNEY FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION - (Virginia Hoyle <br />and Ira Hoyle Family Trust v. City of Louisville, et al., Case No. 02CV 1228, Boulder <br />County District Court, Division 3). City Attorney Light reported the Council met in <br />executive session to discuss the pending Hoyle Family Trust litigation. The City <br />Attorney received Council direction regarding possible settlement proposals. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />MOTION: Keany moved for adjournment (8:10 p.m.), seconded by Marsella.
