Council <br />member Clabots was injured and has been hospitalized at Avista Hospital. He asked that <br />Council and the citizens keep Council member Clabots in their thoughts and prayers. <br /> <br />Council member Brown commended Mr. Woolridge for his dedication in getting his <br />message to the rest of the country. City Manager Simmons noted the City has passed an <br />ordinance addressing unregistered vehicles and residents can report such vehicles to the <br />police department. He stated Staff will investigate the issue of parking trailers and motor <br />homes on City streets. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk commended the Chamber of Commerce for the success of the Parade of <br />Lights, and the downtown ice skating rink.
