Call to order: Commission Chair Dan Mellish called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM <br />II. Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: Dan Mellish, Paula Elrod, Gordon Madonna, Dave Hooley, <br />Keith Keller, Nancy Allen, and Jon Ferris <br />Commission Members Absent: Joe Teasdale and Betty Scarpella <br />City Representatives Present: <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br />Jay Keany, City Council liaison <br />Other Individuals Present: <br />Chuck Thomas, Historic Preservation Commission liaison <br />Becky Harney <br />Jean Morgan <br />III. Approval of agenda: Commission Members approved the agenda <br />IV. Public comments: Becky Harney thanked the Commission for their service, and the <br />excellent work Bridget has done for the Museum. She encouraged the Commission to <br />attend the First Friday Art Walks and to invite others the Commission members know to <br />attend as well. <br />V. Approval of Sept. 14, 2017 regular meeting minutes: Minutes were approved <br />VI. Report from the Museum Coordinator: <br />A. Approval of Deeds of Gifts from donors: <br />The Commission voted to accept the following donations: <br />1. Memory Delforge — World War service record book for Lafayette, Colorado <br />2.
