Watson moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. All in favor. Consent <br />agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />The applicant for FATE Beer was not yet in attendance, so item B was moved to <br />first on the agenda. <br />B. Public Hearing - Verde No. 2 Limited Partnership d/b/a Verde <br />Louisville — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — 640 Main St. <br />Lipton opened the public hearing on the hotel and restaurant liquor license <br />application. Secretary Hanson stated the application was complete and included <br />in the Authority packet. Background checks were conducted. The hearing had <br />been posted and published in accordance with state law. There was no reason <br />found to require denial of the application. <br />Chairperson Lipton called for any member disclosures, hearing none, she called <br />for any objections to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the current city <br />limits of the City of Louisville. Hearing no objections, she moved the entire <br />application be made a part of the record of this hearing. Machado seconded. All <br />in favor. <br />Lipton called for an applicant presentation. <br />Tyson "TJ" Ingraham, 2650 Iris Ave., Boulder, CO introduced himself to the <br />Authority and took the oath. He noted they have operated a restaurant in <br />Boulder for three years and have been diligent in training the servers. They have <br />had no liquor license violations. They are very happy to be opening in Louisville. <br />Carlson asked about the location. Mr. Ingraham noted this is the former Blue <br />Parrot building. Tilt Pinball is in the basement and Verde will be on the front half <br />of the main floor and half of the kitchen. He stated it will be Sonoran style <br />Mexican cuisine, family oriented and not a late night crowd. <br />Authority Attorney Culley inquired if Mr. Ingraham was also listed as manager of <br />Verde in Boulder. He responded he had been, but they changed the manager at <br />that location to one of his business partners. <br />Carlson asked if they were changing the interior and if there was locked storage <br />for the liquor. Mr. Ingraham stated they are making changes to the interior and <br />there will be locked storage in the kitchen area. <br />
