PROJECT DESCRIPTION
<br />THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE RENOVATION AND ADDITION TO THE EXISTING RECREATION/SENIOR
<br />CENTER AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING AN EXPANSIVE OUTDOOR PATIO
<br />SPACE. THE TOTAL SF IS +/-102,000 SF. THE SITE IS LOCATED AT 900 VIA APPIA IN
<br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO AND IS PART OF A LARGER RECREATIONAL COMPLEX THAT INCLUDES TENNIS
<br />COURTS, AN INLINE HOCKEY RINK, AND SKATE PARK. THE ARBORETUM IS ALSO ADJACENT TO THE
<br />SITE.
<br />THE FIRST LEVEL INCLUDES:
<br />• LARGE -VOLUME SPACES SUCH AS THE RENOVATION LOBBY/CIRCULATION SPACE,
<br />GYMNASIUM, TURF GYMNASIUM, NATATORIUM, AND FITNESS SPACE.
