Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: February 24, 2003 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and <br />the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the <br />Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests <br />that such item be considered under "Authority Business". In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the "Consent Calendar" and the Authority action taken separately on said item in the order <br />appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in <br />the Authority minutes in their proper order. <br /> <br />Renewal Application -Taj Mahall III, Inc. - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor <br />License - 1075 S. Boulder Rd. <br /> <br />Renewal Application - RT Denver Franchise LP (RT Colorado LLC & RT <br />Denver LP) d/b/a Ruby Tuesday #2169 - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License <br />-994 Dillon Rd. <br /> <br />Modification of Premises - Clover Clan LLC, d/b/a Old Louisville Inn - Hotel <br />& Restaurant Liquor License - 740 Front Street. <br /> <br />Do <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Carrabba's Italian Grill - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor <br />License - 575 McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Member Paige moved to approve the consent agenda. Member Kimmett seconded the <br />motion. Roll Call Vote: Lipton-yes, Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Paige-yes, Wilson-yes. <br />All members were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Transfer of Ownership - MARSCO, LLC, d/b/a Karen's Country Kitchen - Hotel <br />& Restaurant Liquor License - 700 Main Street. <br /> <br />Chairperson Lipton informed the Authority that the applicant also holds a Beer <br />and Wine Liquor License in Boulder. Mr. Martinelli, the applicant, will seek a <br />Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License in Boulder so that he may also hold one in <br />Louisville. Mr. Martinelli's mother, Priscilla Scott, will become the registered <br />manager for MARSCO, LLC, d/b/a Karen's Country Kitchen and Mr. Martinelli will <br />continue to manage his business in Boulder. <br /> <br />Authority attorney Bleau informed the Authority that not all of the paperwork was <br />included with the application. <br /> <br />Member Wilson wondered if Priscilla Scott would truly be the manager or if it was <br />just going to be a formality. Authority attorney Bleau stated that the Authority <br />should give the applicant the benefit of the doubt that the application submitted <br />was correct.
