Tom Phare will ask if lights can be sold at city buildings. Mark <br />Perchetti will get information from Boulder Conservation Group on the Christmas <br />light exchange program where old lights can be recycled and exchanged for LED <br />lights. Notice will be posted on city website and in H2O bill. <br />General discussion was held on gray water usage vs. warm water collection <br />systems. Tom P. explained water rights are complex and is allocated for water to <br />go down stream. Reuse credits available at wastewater plant. Practical issues <br />include how the city needs wastewater from residents to turn into gray water for <br />the Golf course and Community Park. It was suggested that the Green Points <br />Program awards homeowners for gray water. <br />City charter won't allow Lease purchases; this provision prohibits photovoltaic <br />structures on public buildings.
