Louisville Local Licensing Authority Meeting Date: April 28, 2003 Page 5 of 6 There was a new motion made by Member Kimmett to approve the application for transfer of ownership of a retail liquor store license to Western Liquor, Inc., d/b/a Western Liquor. Member Paige seconded. Roll call vote: Lipton-yes, Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Paige-yes, Wilson-no. Motion passed 4 to 1. Co Transfer of Liquor License - MARSCO, LLC, d/b/a The Huckleberry - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 700 Main Street. The owner of The Huckleberry, Lenny Martinelli, was to appear before the Authority for the transfer of the application but did not show up. Deputy Clerk Schmidt did try to reach him by phone with no luck. Chairperson Lipton made a motion to approve the application for transfer of a Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License for MARSCO, LLC, d/b/a The Huckleberry. Member Paige seconded. Roll call vote: Lipton-yes, Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Paige-yes, Wilson-yes. All were in favor. Motion passed. Do Modification of Premises - MARSCO LLC, d/b/a The Huckleberry - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 700 Main Street. Member Paige made a motion to table the modification of premises of MARSCO, LLC, d/b/a The Huckleberry until May 12, 2003. Member Wilson seconded. Roll call vote: Lipton-yes, Koertje-yes, Kimmett-yes, Paige-yes, Wilson-yes. All were in favor. Motion passed. POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT A. Incident Report- Incident Report- Druids Arms (04/07/03) The Authority took no action. SECRETARY'S REPORT Deputy Clerk Schmidt informed the Authority about the liquor training that had taken place the previous day.
