Motion passed by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Fahey moved and Dickinson seconded a motion to approve the November 20th, 2017 minutes. <br />Motion passed by voice vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />Haley welcomed Hannah Parris, the newest member of the Commission. <br />NEW BUSINESS — PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />Blue Parrot Landmark Sign: Case No. HIP -0107-2018 — Sign at 640 Main Street, Landmark <br />and Allocation of Funds for Acquisition. A request to landmark a sign currently located at <br />640 Main Street. A request for allocation of funds for acquisition of the property (sign) <br />currently located at 640 Main Street. <br />Applicant and Owner: Gregory Maring, Manager <br />1882 Ventures, LLC <br />640 Main Street <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br />Case Manager: Lisa Ritchie, Associate Planner <br />On October 16th, 2017 HPC considered a request to landmark the sign at 640 Main Street, to <br />approve an alteration certificate for the sign, and to grant funds for restoration. After a public <br />hearing at City Council on November 6th, 2017, Council directed staff to continue to work with <br />the applicant to determine the feasibility of preserving the sign intact.
