Statement of Significance <br />Although this house's historical significance is probably not to the extent that would qualify it for individual listin <br />in the National Register of Historic Places, the building does have sufficient significance and integrity to qualif <br />as a contributing property within a potential National Register historic district. The house is historically significar <br />for is association with residential development in Louisville beginning in the late 1800s, and during the first ha. <br />of the 1900s. The garage dates from the period of significance and would also be a contributing resource withi <br />a potential historic district. A concrete block incinerator is also a notable feature. <br />43.
