Mulberry Street, Louisville, CO, a Fireside Elementary School <br />spokesperson, thanked Council for their assistance in the purchase and installation of new <br />playground equipment. Fireside Elementary School children presented cookies to the <br />Mayor and City Council. <br /> <br />Eva Kosinski, 1301 Jackson Court, Louisville, CO, asked when the minutes of the July <br />City Council meetings would be on the City's Web Page. She was informed that only <br />approved minutes are placed on the Web Page. The City Council approved minutes on <br />the consent agenda and the minutes of the July 15, 26 and August 12 meetings will be <br />placed on the Web Page tomorrow. <br /> <br />Frosty Woolridge, 1458 Ford Place, Louisville, CO addressed junk vehicles and <br />accumulation of junk in residential areas, through a slide presentation. He also addressed <br />the immigration issue, which he stated has lead to overpopulation in the United States. He <br />urged Council to adopt legislation to deal with immigration and overpopulation. <br /> <br />John Conrad, 1466 Ford Place, Louisville, CO thanked the City for putting on the <br />Triathialon event, which will occur this weekend. He addressed the storage of recreation <br />vehicles and cited neighboring municipalities ordinances prohibiting such storage. He <br />urged Council to adopt legislation to address the problem. <br /> <br />Patricia Demchak, 1425 Centaur Village Court, Lafayette, CO, addressed the issue raised <br />relative to overpopulation and immigration. She voiced her belief the United States is <br />made up of immigrants and the only non-immigrants are the Native Americans. She <br />expressed her concern that legislation against immigration will lead to discrimination. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson asked Land Management Director Cindy Lair to update Council on measures <br />taken to address the West Nile Virus. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
