Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: July 25, 2003 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> Member Paige moved to table the report of changes for Carrabba's until the <br /> August meeting. Kimmett seconded. Roll Call Vote: Kimmett-yes, Paige-yes, <br /> Mulvahill-yes. All were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br /> POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> <br />Detective Lanphere explained there was fatal accident about a week ago and prior to <br />the accident the driver had been at a local establishment drinking. There had been a <br />disturbance and the party was asked to leave. Lanphere let the Authority know a police <br />report would be on the August agenda. <br /> <br />Lanphere also let the Authority know there had been some complaints of sell to minors <br />at a liquor store in town. Schmidt let Lanphere know the establishment had been sold. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />A. Little Tokyo <br /> <br /> Schmidt supplied the Authority with a letter from the State of Colorado denying <br /> the renewal application for Little Tokyo. The establishment had been closed for <br /> several weeks. <br /> <br /> Bleau informed the Authority that Little Tokyo did not meet the requirements of <br /> the motion set forth by the Authority at the renewal hearing. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br /> No items. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY COMMENTS <br /> <br /> No comments. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> Kimmett moved to adjourn @ 7:15 p.m. Paige seconded the motion.
