Award Landscape Maintenance Services Contract <br />E. Approval of Resolution No. 8, Series 2018 — A Resolution Approving a <br />Business Assistance Agreement with Gaia, Inc. for an Economic <br />Development Project in the City of Louisville <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Councilmember Keany thanked the Public Works and Parks crews for their snow <br />removal efforts overnight. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Balser stated staff is meeting with neighborhood school principals to <br />discuss traffic safety and the new outreach program. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />PRESENTATION — JILLYAN MCKINNEY, AVISTA HOSPITAL <br />Ms. McKinney gave a short presentation introducing herself as the new CEO of Avista <br />hospital. Councilmember Maloney asked about Avista's plans for an urgent care facility <br />on South Boulder Road. McKinney stated the hospital is still investigating that <br />possibility.
